Privacy Policy
Spark is a local-first app. Your ideas, notes, and checklists are stored on your device and never sent to any server by default.
Data stored on device
All ideas, tags, notes, checklists, and attachments you create are stored locally on your device. They are never transmitted off-device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.
iCloud Sync (Spark Premium)
If you subscribe to Spark Premium and enable iCloud sync, your data is synced across your personal Apple devices via Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Saksham Virmani does not have access to your iCloud data — it is end-to-end controlled by your Apple ID.
Microphone access
Spark Premium may request microphone access for voice memo attachments. This access is used solely to record memos you initiate. Audio is stored locally or in your private iCloud.
Analytics and crash reporting
Spark does not include any third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. The app makes no network requests for telemetry.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Saksham Virmani does not collect or store payment information.
