Terms of Use
By downloading or using Spark ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference.
License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Spark on any Apple device tied to your Apple ID, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.
Subscriptions and purchases
Spark Premium is offered as an optional auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Free trials, when offered, are available only to first-time subscribers. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your content
All ideas, notes, checklists, and attachments you create in Spark are yours. They are stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud. We have no access to your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Spark in a way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or attempts to circumvent the Premium entitlement system.
Disclaimer of warranties
Spark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
