These terms cover your use of Spark, an iOS app made by Saksham Virmani ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Spark, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Spark on Apple devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
Everything you capture in Spark — every spark, note, and brief — belongs to you. It's stored on your device and, if sync is enabled, in your own private iCloud account. We don't claim any ownership over it and, since we run no server, we have no access to it.
Spark PRO is available as an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold and billed entirely through the App Store.
Use Spark lawfully and don't try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or the App Store systems it relies on.
Spark is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spark, including loss of data. Because your data lives on your own device and iCloud account, we strongly recommend keeping iCloud sync or your own backups enabled if your sparks matter to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use Spark after a change means you accept the update.
